We are looking for a part-time position to join our team.

What you will be doing:

• Sitting at the reception and providing a frontal response to customers, guests, candidates, and external suppliers.
• Responsibility for domestic deliveries
• Handling of incoming envelopes and packages
• Receiving invoices and issuing purchase orders

Requirements:

• Flexibility in shift hours 8:00-14:00/13:00-18:00
• Basic knowledge in Excel
• Good English
• Knowledge of Priority system - advantage
• Excellent Office skills
• Ability to work independently, responsibly, out of the box thinking and multi-tasking
• Pleasant, helpful, and service-oriented
