We are looking for a brilliant and highly motivated Computer Vision Team Lead who is a passionate technological leader, with strong interpersonal and managerial skills. You will be taking end-to-end responsibility for our Computer Vision domain – the team, strategy, roadmap, and execution. You will work closely with all of our product and development teams to identify, prioritize, and design AI-driven features, and will be in charge of their end-to-end research, development, integration, and deployment at scale.

What You Bring To The Table

• MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related analytical field (PhD - advantage)
• 5+ years experience in developing and implementing computer vision algorithms
• 5+ years in leading AI research and development, preferably in a technology-driven, saas environment
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning models into production
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and mentoring a team of engineers
• Experience in leveraging large-scale compute resources, including distributed GPUs, to train, test, and evaluate models
• Experience in full model development life cycle (MLops, models in production)
• Strong knowledge in Python and in-depth knowledge of computer vision frameworks and libraries such as OpenCV, PyTorch, or Tensorflow
• Experience with Kubernetes and AWS environments
• Strong background in audio/video technologies - big advantage
• Experience with real-time video and audio processing - big advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to hire, lead, and inspire a team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
• Publications, patents, contributions to the AI community - advantage
