Join us – We are hiring a T&SA Project Specialist to our Beit Shemesh site.

Description:

• Planning and setting a program to promote projects, as well as setting objectives, Process parameters Measurements (such as IPC's, CPP's, CQA's ), and performing program monitoring.

• Process improvement & methods implementation in the production departments.

• Leading Troubleshooting projects with the R&D and the production team.

• Technology transfer of products in development and their implementation in the production facilities, while conducting risk management and process validations

• The position includes multi-interfaced collaboration with all of the site departments – Engineering, Production, Quality Assurance, and Regulation.

• Writing, preparing, summarizing, and concluding protocols using Regulatory and Quality requirements.

Requirements:

• at least M.Sc. degree in Life Sciences/Biotechnology/ Veterinary - Mandatory

• 3-5 years of experience in the following positions: Department Manager in Production, Process Engineer at a Pharmaceutical or Biotechnological company / R&D Researcher at a Pharmaceutical company.

• Having the Ability and experience in writing protocols and reports.

• Having the Ability and accountability to lead a project, end to end, and working in a multi-interfaced environment.

• Having the ability to read and understand professional scientific materials.

• Holding knowledge of production processes methods, diagnostics, and state-of-the-art technologies

• High-level English
