Role Description:

Our circuits' quality assurance team ensures our products meet the required specification and quality standards. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and procedures through inspections, implementation of quality control measures and identifications of areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

Supporting customers' quality requirements.

Handling customer complaints, including managing malfunction inquiries and defining corrective actions.

Writing, managing and leading quality inquiries.

Contribute to the improvement of production processes in order to achieve better customer satisfaction while working closely with the cross functional departments.

Preparing monthly analysis reports of quality data to senior management.

Qualifications:

BSc in Chemical / Materials Engineering or other relevant engineering science discipline- must.

2-5 years of practical experience as a QA in the process industry- advantage.

Experience in leading Process FMEA- advantage.

Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English (both verbal and written).

Full proficiency with Excel and information systems.
