We are looking for an experienced Global Service Manager to lead and develop our global service operations in a medium-sized international technology company.
The role requires a strong technical background, excellent customer-facing skills, hands-on capabilities, and the ability to manage service activities across multiple markets, partners, distributors, and end customers.

Excellent English, both written and spoken.
Proven experience in global service, technical service, or after-sales management.
Strong technical background with multidisciplinary products, including HVAC systems, refrigeration, electronics, control systems, water systems, filtration, pumps, mechanical systems, and electromechanical troubleshooting.
Experience in diagnosing technical failures, leading root cause analysis, and defining corrective and preventive actions.
Strong hands-on capabilities, including willingness and ability to work directly on machines, perform technical inspections, support field installations, troubleshoot issues on site, and physically assist technicians, partners, or customers when required.
Experience managing people, technicians, service teams, or global service partners.
Experience working with international customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
Strong after-sales experience, including warranty handling, service processes, spare parts, field support, customer satisfaction, and service escalation management.
Commercial understanding and experience supporting sales activities, customer meetings, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
Ability to work under pressure, manage urgent escalations, and respond assertively when required.
Willingness to work non-standard hours due to global time zones and urgent service situations.
Willingness to travel abroad approximately 20% of the time.
Strong ownership mindset, practical approach, and ability to work independently.
Ability to build service procedures, technical documentation, training materials, troubleshooting guides, and service reports.
Experience managing service KPIs such as response time, resolution time, repeat failures, warranty cost, customer satisfaction, spare parts consumption, and machine uptime.
Experience working with CRM or service management systems is an advantage.
Ability to train local service teams, distributors, and partners globally.
Strong communication skills with internal departments, including R&D, Engineering, QA, Operations, Supply Chain, Production, and Sales.
Ability to represent the company professionally in front of customers, partners, and senior management
Additional Advantages
Experience with water generation, water treatment, drinking water systems, or environmental technology.
Experience supporting new product introduction from a service perspective.
Experience working with production teams and translating field failures into product improvements.
Experience building global service infrastructure, including procedures, spare parts strategy, training programs, and partner certification.
Experience in hardware companies with products deployed in different climates and challenging field conditions.
Experience with international field installations, commissioning, service visits, and customer site support.
Technical degree or practical engineering background is an advantage.
