Priority ERP Implementation Consultant - Financial

We are looking for an experienced Priority ERP Implementation Consultant to join our team in a challenging and impactful role. This position involves working with a diverse range of clients and leading end-to-end implementation processes. You will play a key role in helping organizations optimize their business operations through effective system implementation and support.

Responsibilities:
• Implement and deploy Priority ERP systems for both new and existing clients (primarily remote)
• Provide training and ongoing support to users via remote tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, phone)
• Deliver real-time troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, including calls and training sessions
• Customize and adapt the system to meet specific client needs in a precise and creative manner
• Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders

• Background in accounting and/or finance
• Proven experience in implementing Priority ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of the financial module
• High level of customer service, patience, and ability to work closely with clients
• Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
• Patience and the ability to guide users through training and support processes
• Fast learner with creative problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Experience working in a multi-client environment with diverse processes - Advantage
