The Account Executive Opportunity - Israel
The successful AE is a highly motivated, self-driven professional passionate about cyber security. You will focus on providing value to C-Suite decision-makers, managing the full client lifecycle from initial outreach to successful, long-term partnership.
What You’ll Be Doing
Outbound & Pipeline: Research and identify key contacts; perform outbound outreach to prospects to generate interest, set strategic meetings, and build a long-term net new pipeline.
Sales Cycle Management: Execute account strategies to qualify leads, uncover needs, and deliver repeatable and predictable bookings.
Targeting & Networking: Access and cultivate a network of appropriate decision-makers in prospect accounts.
Deal Execution: Scope, negotiate, and close agreements to meet growth targets.
Value-Based Selling: Effectively articulate our value proposition in a clear and compelling way.
Ecosystem & Internal Partnerships: Collaborate with GRSee’s internal expert teams to identify new opportunities and ensure client goals are met.
Customer Success: Provide after-sales support and gather feedback to ensure long-term loyalty and reputation management.
Events & Conferences: Represent the company at industry events to generate leads and stay updated on market trends.
CRM Discipline: Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene to ensure data integrity and reliable forecasting.
What you’ll bring to the role:
1-2 years of success in growing revenue for complex enterprise SaaS or tech products.
Proven ability to sell into the C-suite, navigate complex sales cycles, and build buy-in with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with audiences of all levels and technical aptitudes.
Fluent or Native English and Hebrew communication skills (both written and oral) - Must.
Confident, self-driven, and resilient, with the humility required to work effectively in teams.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive, "owner-operator" mentality with the initiative to treat your territory as your own business.
Agile Self-Learner: A relentless curiosity and ability to rapidly self-educate on complex technical landscapes and emerging security trends
