The Payroll Analyst provides support and execution for in-place EMEA payroll systems and processes, drives requirements gathering, and provides overall reporting, analytics, and business process improvements for the total rewards function in the areas of payroll, benefits, and other HR-related metrics. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Global Payroll.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with international payroll partners to ensure accurate and on-time payroll processing, including off-cycles, across EMEA footprint (Israel, UK, Denmark, Germany.)
- Answer employee inquiries related to their paychecks via ticketing system
- Assist with year-end processes for all countries to ensure a successful year-end including delivery of all required employee forms and government reporting
- Work closely with the finance team to provide payroll reports for posting to the GL, as well as ad-hoc international reporting requests
- Responsible for maintaining data integrity between HCM and the international payroll system
- Support the administration of our global benefit programs, including: enrollments, election changes, communication campaigns, leaves of absence, and compliance
- Partner with HR Business Partners, managers, employee resource groups, and employees to understand employee needs and support inclusive solutions to problems
- Assist Sr. Manager, Global Payroll with special projects as assigned such as international payroll provider implementation, integrations, and system output testing
- 2-3 years proven experience as a Payroll Analyst, Payroll Coordinator or similar role
- Experience working directly with major third-party equity software systems and brokerage firms
- Experience supporting benefits programs/administration
- Advanced knowledge in Excel e.g. pivot tables, and vlookups
- Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field
- Proficient in Hebrew and English
