Job Title: Finance student assistant

    Job Type: Part-time

    Overview:    

For a company engaged in banking being established in Tel Aviv, we are seeking a high-quality, energetic, quick learner, and quick-thinking student assistant for the head of economics and accounting.

 As our finance Student Assistant, you will work closely with our head of economics and accounting to help manage various projects and tasks across the organization, including assisting in the company setup process.

Responsibilities:

●      Assist in working with suppliers/service providers, handling and documenting contracting and procurement procedures, handling invoices and payments, and examining economic feasibility Assist in the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures.

●      Help manage and prioritize the department workload, ensuring that deadlines are met, and projects are completed on time.

●      Collaborate with other team members.    

    Requirements:

●      Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Accounting, with one year or more until graduation.       

●      Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

●      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

●      Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

●      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

●      Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

●      Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

●      Previous experience in public administration, payment platforms, banking, finance, or information systems fields.
