About the Role
We're looking for a people-first, highly organized, and proactive Employee Experience & Operations Manager to be the heart of our offices in Israel and Boston. This role is central to shaping our day-to-day office life while owning global employee wellbeing and experience initiatives. You'll create a workplace people are genuinely excited to be part of, making Legit a fun, inspiring, and valued environment that fosters belonging, engagement, and company pride. Keeping our offices running smoothly and our people feeling cared for and valued.
This is a full-time, in-office role (5 days per week).
Responsibilities
Build and execute independently the annual employee experience and wellbeing plan, leading company events and culture initiatives from concept to delivery while managing and tracking the budget (company events, holiday toasts, welfare activities, happy hours, gifts, and swag).
Support employees throughout their entire lifecycle at Legit, from onboarding to ongoing engagement. Helping create a seamless, positive, and valued employee experience.
Lead and support global employee experience activities.
Oversee day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth, efficient workflows.
Manage all office logistics and supplies, including kitchen, equipment, and general office needs.
Lead the planning and coordination of Board meetings, managing schedules and stakeholder communication, and support the organization of executive offsites when required.
Maintain a positive, organized, high-service office environment that reflects our company culture.
Requirements:
5+ years of proven experience as an Employee Experience & Operations Manager.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience supporting employees or initiatives across multiple global locations — an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills; comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment.
High service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively across teams.
Fluent English — written and verbal.
A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for people and workplace experience.
