TEAM LEADER - ELECTRODE ENGINEERING

Responsibilities:

1. Comprehensive responsibility for managing the facility as a profit center:

• Developing an annual work plan, executing control, and implementation while adhering to timelines and objectives.
• Managing the facility's budget while understanding the cost and revenue structure.

1. Managing and leading a team of employees:

• Overseeing day-to-day tasks of the facility's administrative, operational, content, and event staff in accordance with the policy.

1. Maintaining ongoing communication with facility tenants and users, providing solutions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Academic degree - mandatory.
• Experience in managing a profit center - mandatory.
• Management experience in the real estate/hospitality/restaurant industry - mandatory
• Experience working in a large organization and leading processes in a dynamic environment.
• Full-time position, willingness to work additional hours as needed
