We have over 33 million users worldwide, and our platform is available in over 140 countries around the world.With over 1500 employees worldwide, We have locations in the US, Cyprus, UK, Australia, Germany, and Israel, and we are constantly growing and expanding into new markets.We are constantly growing and are excited to share that we are looking for a Chief Architect Compliance to join our team!As our Solution Architect, you will design and implement complex solutions that span organizational boundaries, involving cross-organizational stakeholders.The Solution Architect will be in charge of the architectural integrity of the domain under his/her responsibility, communication and synchronization with other domain’s managers (development, security, IT), process implementation, and risk management.What will you be doing?

• Design and implement scalable and robust solutions aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and specifications.
• Ensure alignment of architectural decisions with the company's strategic objectives.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders: Development, Security, IT, Product, Customer Support, 3rd Party Partners/Providers, and other Solution

• Define and manage integration plans.
• Organize and lead architecture review meetings.
• Communicate clearly and transparently project status across the organization internally and externally.
• Proactively identify and resolve architectural challenges.
• Continuously evolve and develop the architectural methodology in collaboration with the team.

• 5+ years of proven hands-on experience in solution architecture.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent - an advantage.
• Experienced in Cloud Based Architecture (Azure – An Advantage).
• High level of English.
• FinTech domain experience - an advantage.

• Skilled in leading cross-functional teams without direct authority, fostering collaboration, and driving team performance to achieve project objectives.
