Shuffll is a fast-growing startup with an AI-driven video creation studio that makes video production insanely simple. Working with Microsoft, Intel, and Innoviz, we’re on a mission to revolutionize the way videos are created, and we're looking for an exceptional and driven Business Development Representatives (BDR) to join our core team.
What You Will Do:
- Actively engaging with both inbound and outbound leads through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, calls, emails, and social media.
- Transforming leads into qualified prospects by employing discovery techniques and value-based selling.
- Leading discovery meetings with potential clients to uncover needs, pain points, and opportunities.
- Becoming a subject matter expert on our product suite and the challenges we resolve for our clients.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in written and verbal formats.
- Intellectual curiosity to understand customer needs.
- A growth mindset with a focus on accountability.
- Resilience in overcoming objections.
- 3+ years of experience as BDR
- Proficiency in using automation tools, HubSpot,and LinkedIn Sales Navigator ect.
