Senior Product Manager

Plus500 is looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to join our growing product department.

Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements from different sources and stakeholders - understand existing and future use cases, discuss alternatives using supporting data, and evaluate pros, cons and cost/effectiveness ratio.
• Prioritize R&D efforts by contributing your insights to the Product Roadmap.
• Take full responsibility and ownership of the product all the way from inception to production.
• Guide and work closely with the R&D team throughout the end-to-end development process.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Operations, and Compliance.
• Monitor KPIs and business success using analysis tools.
• Drive cross-department project management for effective execution.
• Be the domain expert, mastering customer needs and product capabilities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Product manager with 5+ years of experience building consumer-facing products. (experience in B2C or Fintech company - an advantage)
• BSc in computer science/engineering/Information Systems or related
• Strong technical background
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• A strategic thinker with hands-on capabilities
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Passion for a superb user experience
• Can-Do attitude
