Professional Services Developer

Mend.io is seeking a highly motivated & experienced SW Developer for the Professional Services position to develop and assist customers on their Mend implementation as well as customizations to enhance our product based on customers’ requirements. Helping to ensure successful implementation and integration of our solutions, and provide excellent customer experience to Mend accounts.

This is a hands-on position where you will have a direct impact on customers, combining aspects of Development and Product Skills, Consulting and Solution Architecture.

Required Background & Professional Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a technically oriented, customer-facing role. For example – SW Developer, PS Developer, Solutions Architect, Field Engineer etc, with a development background.
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills (English).
• A clear understanding of the customization development process from requirements gathering and design to delivery.
• Technical problem-solving orientation.
• Experience working with Enterprises and complex customer’ environments.
• Ability to understand and transform customer needs and provide solutions based on their needs
  
  

In this position, you will work in a hybrid model, which means you will spend two days at the office and three days working from home.

Requirements

• Be familiar with the whole SDLC and CI/CD environments.
• Hands-on proven experience in software solution customizations and integrations in Java, .NET and Python.
• Experience with continuous integration and DevOps tools.
• Experience working with REST API.
• Experience with Active Directory/SAML Integration.
• Understanding of Docker technology and container orchestration tools (Compose, Kubernetes).
• Advantage- Full-stack knowledge
