Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer

Job DescriptionOur Group: PDC quality assurance team responsible for assuring quality of our products and as a result, meeting customers’ expectations & satisfaction.What’s in it for you?You will be exposed to the multidisciplinary innovative technology environment, will lead the improvement in one of our main growth challenges – supply chain collaboration and quality assurance.What you will be doing:

• Support the development of a risk & performance-based Supply Chain Process that includes audit program to ensure compliance to ISO9001:2015
• Function as certified Internal / Supplier Auditor, performing audits for PDC Process, local & abroad suppliers
• Participate in suppliers’ selection, evaluations, and monitoring process
• Lead suppliers’ performance improvement plans in case of poor supplier performance
• Liaise with internal stakeholders such manufacturing quality, supplier engineering, product development and purchasing departments
• Were needed, provide support in deployment of lean & quality tools (such 5S, FMEA, QC Tools) and proficient in problem-solving techniques (5Why, Fishbone, DMAIC, etc.)

What should you have?

• Technical education – BA / Practical degree in mechanics, electronics, optics, medical industry - must
• Quality certifications, such ICQE / CQE, QC Inspector
• Certified Auditor for standards ISO9001 / 13485 / AS9100 / ITAF:16949 - must
• 4+ experience as quality assurance auditor - must
• “Attention to details” skill. Able to prioritize tasks, to meet the required timeless
• Self-managing with strong organizational skills
• Strong self-confidence, be able to lead external & internal cross functional projects
• Analysis of data, preparing reports and making recommendations
• Satisfactory level of English (verbal, write & read)
• Occupational Health and Safety - OSHA (ISO4501 / ISO14001) knowledge & Auditor for ISO45001 / 14001 – an advantage
• Knowledge in IPC610 / 620 / MIL Standards – an advantage
