We're seeking a passionate, talented and experienced Product Group Lead to lead one of our core and most impacting team of Payments, eToro Money and Crypto, with a mission to shape the best experience for our 30M global users. In this pivotal role, you will help shape the strategy, roadmap, and drive the execution of Payments, eToro Money and Crypto initiatives. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, transform requirements into highly converting features, and ensure seamless customer experiences throughout the various journeys.

The position calls for someone who can take initiative, work independently, enjoy working hard in a challenging, fast-paced environment and learn quickly to make a difference.

Responsibilities:

• Define, plan and execute alongside key stakeholders the long-term strategy and roadmap based on KPIs and in alignment with the company’s vision.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: engineering, design, marketing, data analytics, customer service, operations, legal, and compliance.
• Take products from inception to production, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery and monitoring and measuring its impact.
• Proactively seek out, track and remove barriers to completing a project.
• Lead, mentor and support your product management team.
• Conduct data analysis, A/B tests and user research to identify pain points and develop data-driven solutions for our customers.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance user experience.
  
  

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience at leading tech companies (preferably B2C) in the Payment space / Banking Services (Such as payment processing, digital wallets, and Card Schemes).
• Proven track record of 2+ years in managing a team of product managers.
• Strong UX skills and experience with tools like Figma, Miro, etc.
• Proven track record of driving growth and achieving business objectives.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams and present in large forums.
• Ability to see the bigger picture, prioritize competing needs, and provide clarity to your team, management, and partners.
• Ability to understand and take ownership of complex processes and business needs and translate them to simple, effective and scalable product solutions.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
• Passion for the future of financial technology and disruptive products in the industry.
  
  

It will also be nice if you:

• Have a B.S./B.A. in Computer Science or a degree in a related field.
• Have existing knowledge and passion to develop skills within the payments, blockchain, crypto, web3, and DeFi ecosystems.
