Commission Analyst

What is the job: We are looking for a Commission Analyst position to manage the commission process. You will take an active and important role in helping with business compensation and incentive, cost and performance analysis. The position will include interfaces with other functions within the finance department and the rest of the organization.

• Manage and responsible for the commission process, start to finish, to ensure accurate and timely payment.
• Design and maintain sales personnel information and compensation parameters in the company’s commission software.
• Working closely with business stakeholders and serving as main focal point for the sales organization on commission related issues.
• Assist with quarterly and annual compensation expense analysis and forecast and financial requirements.
• Take part in the annual company budget process and assist with target and incentive plan.
• Help with ongoing and continuous improvement in the commission process, tools, and analysis.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as required to assist with management decision making.
  
  

What you need:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Commission analyst/SalesOps or experience in Financial ERP Implementation- Must.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Business/Information Systems/Accounting or equivalent.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Experience working with CRM / ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Possess a high level of problem-solving, high attention to details and accuracy.
• Excellent English – written and spoken- must.
