We are looking for highly motivated, experienced, and passionate, PHY SW Team manager for the research and development of advanced and cutting-edge cellular communication solutions for our 4G products.
What you'll do:
Lead a team responsible for real-time Physical Layer Software in our 4G products.
Take an active role in the full development life cycle of PHY features, from initial design through to integration in an end-to-end system
Hands-on involvement in architecture, implementation, validation, testing and integration.
What you must have:
Previous experience of management or technical leadership within SW development teams.
Strong background in digital signal processing or physical layer of cellular technologies, 4G technology strong advantage.
Experience in wireless communication systems
Good working knowledge of C and/or C++.
Experience of RT Software Development in Linux environment on multi-processor platforms.
Excellent communication skills, team worker, and ability to thrive in a global multi-site environment.
Must be able to multitask and prioritize work
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Fluency in English
Education:
BSc. in Communication engineering, Computer/SW engineering, Signal processing or other Engineering relevant discipline.
MSc. in any of the above – advantage
