We have over 33 million users worldwide, and our platform is available in over 140 countries around the world.With over 1500 employees worldwide, We have locations in the US, Cyprus, UK, Australia, Germany, and Israel, and we are constantly growing and expanding into new markets.We are constantly growing and are excited to share that we are looking for a Head of Compliance Operation to join our team!What will you be doing?As the head of Compliance Operations, you will be a pivotal leader responsible for overseeing and coordinating compliance-related activities across various departments and locations. Your primary focus will be to Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives, to ensure effective execution of the compliance monitoring plan.Responsibilities
- Compliance Monitoring and Oversight: Collaborate with compliance policy teams to design and implement a robust compliance monitoring plan. Ensure that all regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures are followed effectively.
- Global Compliance Coordination: Work closely with regional compliance leads to harmonize compliance practices, align methodologies, and implement consistent compliance standards across all markets of operation.
- Compliance Reporting: Provide regular and accurate reports on compliance performance to senior management and the board of directors, highlighting any significant compliance risks and issues.
- Marketing compliance. Responsibility for assessing, and evaluating marketing related activity to ensure it is compliant with all applicable regulations focusing on operation and processes building and maintaining.
- Project management. Supportscompliance operational tasks across compliance group.
- Risk Assessment and Management Conduct periodic risk assessments to identify areas of potential compliance vulnerabilities. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Infrastructure Development: Support the development and enhancement of compliance-related tools, systems, and technologies to facilitate efficient compliance operations.
- Regulatory Changes and Updates: Stay up-to-date with global regulatory changes and ensure that compliance policies and procedures are adjusted accordingly to maintain adherence to relevant laws.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as Legal, Risk Management, and Internal Audit, to foster a culture of compliance and create synergies in managing risks.
- Technical Proficiency: proficient in using data analysis tools and software such as Python, R, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field. Advanced certifications in compliance (e.g., CCEP, CRCM) are highly desirable.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 years of demonstrated experience in operations within the fintech or financial institution sector. Previous experience managing compliance teams and coordinating compliance efforts is an advantages.
- Regulatory Knowledge: understanding of global financial regulations, industry standards, and best practices in the fintech domain.
- Built operation framework. Experience in defining, developing, and implementing operations compliance framework Leadership Skills: Proven leadership experience with the ability to effectively manage and guide compliance professionals dispersed across different geographical locations.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills to analyze data, statistics, and problem-solving. Ablity to collect, organize, and interpret data effectively to derive meaningful insights. Context is identify compliance risks, assess potential impacts, and implement effective solutions, including data analysis skills.
- Target Oriented. setting goals and KPIs across compliance domains.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex compliance matters in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborative Approach: A team-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve compliance goals.
