Head of Physical Security

• Develop & Maintain physical security of eToro’s site in Israel & abroad
• Map physical security gaps, advise & implement mitigation & remediation activities.
• Manage the preliminary and the on going integrity checks for all candidates & employees.
• Develop & maintain the process of seniors security aboard.

• At least 5 years of experience with physical security aspects : sites security , vaults, CCTV, etc and background in background checks assessments.
• Experience and familiarity in Anti fraud risks & anti embezzlement program, scenarios, mitigations, remediation's, monitoring & alerting
• Deep knowledge of industry regulations and compliance, such as: BAIT (German regulation) ISO27001, SOC2, NIST, PCI, GDPR, etc.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technology/development and business partners.
• Strong relationship, team building and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate technical/security issues to business users.
• Ability to independently influence others to achieve objectives.
• Experience working in a matrix model, as the BISO supports operational and transformational efforts for a given region or organizational function.
• Service Level Management experience
• Knowledge and experience of Information Security Risk and Security governance
