Embedded SW Engineer

A global leader in high-tech electronic and electro-optics products for the automotive is looking for a talented and experienced embedded SW engineer, to join the R&D group and the effort of porting our algorithm stack to an embedded environment.

In this position, you will:

 Develop the SW infrastructure for porting Python Deep-Learning vision algorithms to an embedded environment

 Develop and port Deep-learning-based algorithms to an embedded platform.

 Perform optimizations and tuning to establish baseline performance

 Work closely with GTI’s Deep-Learning Algorithm engineers and Gentex SW organization.

 Become a part of a dynamic local team backed by a leading global market leader.

What are we looking for?

 BSc/MSc in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering – a must.

 At least 5 years of fluency in Embedded SW Development on SoC application processors – a must

 At least 5 years of fluency in C/C++ SW Development – a must

 Experience with porting Deep-Learning algorithms to SOC architectures with CNN accelerator

 Strong mathematical skills and analytical thinking.

 A self-driven, problem solver and a leader – with examples to prove it.

 Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, with an ability to successfully guide, push and influence.

How to stand out?

 Experience in Automotive applications

 Experience with Ambarella™ platforms

 Experience in HW/SW integration and debugging activities on real HW

 Experience in bringing a product to the market.
