Your Story:

We are looking for an exceptional Director of QA with strong technical skills to join our team. A team player with strong social and communication skills, who loves the dynamic environment and loves to find and solve problems.

Long story short, you will:

• Define and promote a quality mindset across all product and R&D groups
• Work closely with the QA, R&D, product and support teams to ensure quality deliverables.
• Lead EX.CO's ATP strategy and execution for all new and existing product and tech initiatives.
• Design and implement best practices including automation infrastructure and tools for the various aspects of EX.CO video platform solution including web apps, data pipeline, ml-based services and infrastructure on a complex production environment
• Work with different stakeholders to break down features and derive comprehensive test plans

It will be awesome if you have:

• Proven experience as a senior QA leader at the VP or Director level
• Have strong technical skills, both functional and non-functional, manual and automation, ideally in a continuous delivery complex environment
• Experience with writing test automation using top industry solutions such as Cypress, Selenium, Puppeteer, JMeter, etc.
• Experience working on SaaS product
• Experienced with unit-testing, component testing and e2e testing on web-based applications with microservices oriented solutions
• Experience with agile / scrum methodologies while using common tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, etc.
• Experience working with JS-based frameworks while using SQL to ensure quality of data-oriented solutions and products in the fields of reporting and ML
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
