Frontend Team Lead

A publicly traded global Fintech company that develops an online payment management platform. Their product is designed for companies and businesses, enabling them to expand globally by working with customers and suppliers in other countries, receiving payments in their local currency conveniently.

The product adds value and contributes to the world by promoting growing economies, connecting people, and empowering marginalized populations.

The company's platform facilitates seamless and efficient payment transfers between businesses worldwide through credit cards, debit cards, e-wallets, and bank transfers.

Within the role, you will manage three key developers (with plans to recruit two more), with approximately 30% hands-on involvement. You will report to the group manager, overseeing all teams strategically and directly. This is a highly strategic role within the company.

They use React and Redux for development.

The company employs over 1500 individuals globally, with 900 in the country, and has 30 development teams. They have around 20 branches scattered worldwide.

Their headquarters are in the center of the country, and they follow a hybrid work model, allowing up to 3 days of remote work.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a software team leader.

• 5 years of experience as a frontend software engineer.

• Experience with cloud platforms – one of the three: AWS, GCP, or Azure, with a current emphasis on AWS.

• Agile/Scrum Knowledge: Familiarity with managing teams using Agile or Scrum methodologies can be advantageous, especially if the company follows these processes.

• Architectural Planning: The ability to plan the system's internal architecture efficiently and according to best practices.

• Microservices Development: Experience with microservices development in a professional context.
