The Professional Services Consultant plays a pivotal role at PayEm, taking ownership of the implementation of our product for our valued customers. We are seeking a driven team member who will collaborate closely with customers to design and build tailored solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong passion for financial processes, technology, solutioning, and delivering exceptional customer success. Reporting to the VP of Customer Success, this role requires a self-starter who can effectively manage timelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and balance customer needs with PayEm's resource availability and backlog. Requirements
- Previous experience with NetSuite and proficiency in procurement and accounts payable (AP) processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues related to PayEm implementations.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, including the ability to coordinate tasks efficiently within timelines and resource constraints.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Professional Services or Financial Implementation/Consulting roles.
- Great communication skills in both Hebrew and English - must
About The Role
- PayEm Implementation: Lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end financial workflows for PayEm customers.
- Consultation: Collaborate closely with Customer Success teams to understand customer business objectives, pain points, and end-user needs. Provide expert guidance and recommend PayEm solutions that align with customer goals and requirements.
- Project Management: Take charge of end-to-end PayEm projects, working collaboratively with customers, internal stakeholders, and product and development teams. Ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget constraints. Effectively manage project risks and provide regular status updates to all involved parties.
- Collaboration: Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with product managers, developers, customer success teams, and other stakeholders to drive successful customer outcomes.
