Software Team Lead

A successful company, Cyber, develops cloud-based systems that enable secure and fast organizational communication. The company's goal is to provide a solution to reduce IT complexities by consolidating communication and security capabilities into one cloud platform, enhancing efficiency and speed in security processes with low operational costs. As part of the role, you will be establishing new teams and managing a team of 5-6 developers (a mix of existing and new recruits), with approximately 50% of the role being hands-on.

You will report to the team lead. The team's domain is highly infrastructure-focused, providing infrastructure capabilities to both clients and various development teams within the company. This team is central to the company and has a significant impact on products, developing management applications, various authorization mechanisms, and more.

The technology stack includes Java, AWS, Linux, NoSQL, microservices, and Go.

The company employs around 700 people worldwide, with approximately 400 of them located in Israel. The office is situated near Azrieli, within walking distance, and offers hybrid work arrangements, allowing employees to work three days from home.

Requirements:

-6 years of web development. We’re using Java, Play framework, Spring boot, React, TypeScript, GQL, etc.

- 4 years of Java/Go server-side development

- 2 years of experience as a team leader with proven management experience leading a winning development team

- Architect, design, and develop a complex web application

- Familiarity with NoSQL DBs and relational DBs.

- Experience in building and operating SaaS microservices with high scale and load in production Hands-on experience

- Experience testing services in continuous integration methodology
