Senior Product Manager

Earnix is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our pricing and rating solution for actuaries and data scientists in the insurance sector. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our product, ensuring it continues to meet the evolving needs of our customers and remains competitive in the market.

What You'll do:

• Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with Earnix's long-term vision and the evolving needs of the insurance industry.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer pain points and opportunities, and ensure Earnix's product remains competitive and differentiated.
• Customer Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with key customers including actuaries and data scientists, to understand their needs, gather feedback, and prioritize product features accordingly.
• Feature Definition: Define clear and detailed product requirements, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications, to guide the development team.
• Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product's short-term and long-term goals, feature releases, and timelines.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and other cross-functional teams to drive product development, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Product Launch: Lead product launches, including go-to-market strategies, communication plans and training materials, for both internal teams and customers.
• Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of product initiatives, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about relevant regulations and compliance standards within the insurance industry and ensure the product meets these requirements.

You’ll do it using:

• Proven track record of at least 5 years in product management; Preferably experience in software solutions for the financial services or insurance industry.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Strong understanding of pricing and rating methodologies used by actuaries and data scientists – a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and modeling
• Knowledge of agile product development methodologies.
