What’s the job?

• Overseeing account ledgers for Israel and for certain European subsidiaries and managing their bookkeeping teams
• Executing period-end cutoff procedures and preparation of financial information for consolidation
• Analyzing variations and identifying trends through analytical reviews
• Executing and documenting internal control over financial reporting
• Preparing of and assisting with quarterly reviews and annual audits
• Ongoing communication and collaboration with Finance teams abroad
• Proactively identifying areas for process improvement and automation
• Establishing partnerships with other departments
• Supporting tax related matters
• Undertaking tasks in special projects such as deployment of new systems and design of accounting flows supporting existing and new processes
  
  

The position will report to the Senior Director of Finance Operations and does not fit applicants who are looking for their first role exiting an accounting firm or internship.

What should you bring in order to apply?

• A CPA license
• 2-3 years experience as an Assistant Controller/Controller in a public a high-tech company
• Fluent English
• Proven experience in direct management of a team of 2-5 professionals
• Passion for team work and strong service orientation
• Desire to be accurate and to pay attention to detail
• Strong technical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
