Linux System HPC Engineer

Your role will be to analyze HPC users batch jobs requirements and usage and to manage the HPC Job Scheduler.It includes the installation of the Linux Infrastructure and all the relevant management tasks: configuration, allocation, monitoring.You will be also involved to help the users to configure their batch flows and to optimize them.You will provide a second level support for all batch jobs related issues.What will your job look like?

• B.A in information systems/ industrial engineering / a relevant course
• Experience Working with HPC environment
• Experience working with Linux/Docker
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Strong Linux Knowledge
• Strong Linux, Shell and Python coding skills
• Outstanding problem solving skills
• Motivation and ability for learning new technologies

• Experience working with at least one of High Performance Computing Job Scheduler (PBS, Grid Engine, Accelerator, LSF, SLURM, etc.)
• Storage Systems experience
• Network Systems experience
• Experience collaborating with DevOps Team and associated tools (Jenkins, GIT, Antifactory,…)
• Experience working with GPU machines environment
