Job Description
What you’ll be doing
- Partake in the pre-launch phase: create strong connection with key stakeholders in the city, open doors for our sales teams, map out operational challenges, identify marketing opportunities and support courier hiring
- Own the post-launch and ongoing management of Wolt business in Eilat
- Manage the sales process for the restaurant/retail market in Eilat, successfully signing and onboarding key players, all in close collaboration with our HQ teams
- Manage the day-to-day of Eilat Account Manager and support with ongoing commercial/operational challenges with merchants
- Collaborate with marketing team on all opportunities within the city
- Operational ownerships: manage key relationships within Eilat and solve operational challenges (hotels, conference centers etc.), be the main point of contact for Eilat authorities (municipality, police etc), monitor and inform about events that may disrupt operational activity
Our humble expectations
- A minimum of 5 years previous experience and success within sales or business development.
- Sales experience within the consumer goods space - an advantage!
- Willingness to work out of our office in Eilat.
- A “people-person”, who has a strong personal link to Eilat culture and is well connected across the city
- A demonstrated ability to “close” partnerships with various company sizes and different verticals
- Strong cross-functional abilities allowing collaborations with teams internally to make project and business objectives a success
- Good analytical skills - such as translating data into actions, analyzing sales metrics and and tracking relevant KPIs.
- Excellent organizational and operational skills
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

As Wolt in Israel continues to grow, we are expanding into new cities and diversifying our customer base. Our goal is to allow our disruptive, ultra-fast delivery platform to bring benefit to as many people, merchants and couriers as possible across the country.
As our Business Lead in Eilat, you will take ownership of forming and executing our Eilat business strategy and make sure our services are rolled out in the most efficient and successful way in the city. You will partake in the pre-launch phase and then manage the ongoing operation and business post-launch, owning both the sales process to new merchants and operational roles. Your position will work cross-functionally, in close collaboration with our Restaurant and Retail Account Management and Sales teams, Operations, Marketing, Comms & PR - to ensure strong internal collaborations to promote success. You will be our lead stakeholder in making Wolt a key player in Eilat!
