VTM (Vulnerability and Threat Management) Product Owner

Skybox Security is a leader in cybersecurity solutions, and we're seeking a talented and motivated VTM (Vulnerability and Threat Management) Product Owner to join our Research and Development (R&D) team. In this role, you will be a key driver in the development and enhancement of our VTM product line, shaping the future of our security solutions through collaboration with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for VTM within the organization.
• Demonstrate thought leadership and champion the product vision across the company.
• Collaborate closely with Skybox product management, support, and business stakeholder teams.
• Articulate detailed requirements for each user story, including acceptance criteria.
• Continuously pursue incremental delivery by seeking ways to meet business goals and gathering feedback from members and end users for measurable enhancements.
• Provide support to teams as a comprehensive product resource, explaining functionality, demonstrating benefits, and communicating new ideas to drive business growth.
• Work with architects to address technical debt and promote technical innovation.
• Lead activities to support the delivery of new functionality, including defining minimum viable products (MVPs) or product enhancements, communicating product launches, creating training materials, conducting testing, and analyzing post-deployment results.
• Facilitate program ceremonies, such as product increment planning sessions, retrospectives, demos, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a relevant technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the cybersecurity field.
• Strong knowledge of Vulnerability Management solutions and cybersecurity concepts.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in software product development, with experience working with R&D.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Familiarity with project management tools and product management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers in both Hebrew and English.
