We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects. In particular, we are looking for someone with expertise in FedRAMP (Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program) and PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for-

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines
• Ensuring projects adhere to FedRAMP and PCI compliance requirements.
• Managing Stakeholder Communication to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth project execution.
• Collaborating with resource managers to allocate project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment.
• Developing and implementing change management strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth project execution.
• Defining and implementing quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards and requirements
• Creating and maintaining project documentation, including project charters, requirements, specifications, and reports.

To be successful in this role you will-

• Have +4 years of project management experience
• Have proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in a software development or IT environment.
• Have in-depth knowledge of FedRAMP and PCI compliance standards and requirements.
• Have project management skills and ability to create and manage project plans, track progress, and mitigate risks
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Have experience in working and managing within a matrixed organization (cultures, senior leadership, and time zones)
• Be familiar with agile methodologies and experience in leading agile projects.
• Have deep analytical and problem-solving abilities.
