As Mobile Team Leader, you will

• Lead a team of talented, experienced mobile developers to implement Gong’s innovative mobile application.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure that various aspects of Gong’s platform are available on-the-go via mobile.
• Work closely with the product and UX/UI teams to ensure a first class mobile application for Gong’s customers.
• Coordinate the efforts of multiple teams associated with the project, ensuring synchronization and harmony in work execution.

• Provide ideas and solutions to implement product vision while ensuring alignment to architecture, performance, scale and security requirements.
  
  

You Should Apply If You Are

• A minimum of 8 years cumulative technical experience, including at least 3 years in a people management role.
• Extensive proficiency in developing mobile applications.
• Hands-on experience with native mobile applications.
• Expert-level with Swift, Kotlin, and/or Java, and familiarity with all of them.
• Experience in Mobile backend development and architecture.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to see the broader aspects of architecture, performance, and security.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to foster effective relationships.

As an IT Site Lead your primary focus will be providing comprehensive support to our Israel workforce. This will encompass end-user assistance for hardware, software, and SaaS products, starting from the initial response all the way through to resolution. Additionally, as the IT Site Lead, you will be instrumental in directing and guiding the efforts of the IT Service Desk specialists in Israel, thereby supporting our collective objectives. This position is an on-site position in Tel Aviv.
