Head of System&Integration

Are you an experienced IT manager looking for a new challenge? We are currently looking for a qualified and capable IT manager to lead our system and information security department.

With at least 10 years of technical experience, the candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day technical operation of the department, providing technical leadership and ensuring that the team meets all of the company's customer care goals.

The candidate needs a proven track record of successfully managing a system team, implementing technical solutions for large clients and providing exceptional customer service to large clients as well as internally to the company itself (two different teams to manage).

Responsibilities include supervising and delegating tasks to teams, setting goals and schedules, monitoring and evaluating employee performance and effective communication with senior leadership at the client.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the following skills:

• Windows Server Administration: Proficiency in managing and maintaining Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.

• IIS Administration: Experience in the configuration, security and maintenance of Internet Information Services (IIS) for hosting web applications and websites.

• Exchange administration: Knowledge of Exchange Server and Exchange Online administration, including mailbox management, mail routing and security.

• VEEAM backup and recovery: experience in planning, implementing and maintaining VEEAM backup and recovery solutions for virtual environments.

• VMware Management: Strong understanding of VMware virtualization technologies, including ESXi, vCenter and vSphere, and experience managing VMware infrastructure.

• Knowledge and control of PKI is a significant advantage. Not mandatory, you can lick in the company.

In addition to these technical skills, the candidate should have strong leadership skills, communication with the technical team and problem solving ability, the ability to prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously.
