Who We Are Looking For
The Strategic Account Manager - EMEA is a vital part of our Customer Success team, where we are focused on the adoption and growth of Duda’s platform inside our largest and most strategic accounts in EMEA. You will be responsible for overall account health for the life of the account, personally handling a variety of customer types within the Duda ecosystem. You will provide a trusted advisor relationship, ensuring all accounts are getting the maximum value from their relationship with Duda. You’ll ensure the success of Duda and our partners, working directly with customers to help support the growth of their businesses across all position levels. You will truly own the success and health of these customers, being responsible for their growth and retention with Duda.
Working days Monday to Friday.

- Grow and own relationships with Duda’s customers
- Create a strategic vision for your customers, leading them with industry trends, new markets and products
- Own your customers within Duda, working directly with Senior Management to coordinate mutually beneficial initiatives
- Lead colleagues and influence product direction to ensure long term success for your customers
- Work with a market leading product built with your customers in mind, and advancing at a rapid pace
- Act as your customer’s confidant and consultant, solving their most pressing concerns and prioritizing their future with Duda
- Lead demos and drive adoption of Duda’s features and products
- Identify and close opportunities for products and services that will benefit the customer and help them scale their business
- Support entrepreneurs as they navigate the current web design marketplace, and ensure their success through knowledge and idea sharing
- 3+ years in an account management role, or an equivalent strategic role (business development, partner management, strategic account management, product management, sales), preferably with a SaaS company focused on B2B solutions for SMEs.
- Have the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts, and provide demos and overviews of an evolving software platform.
- Growth and adoption experience in new and tenured accounts, preferably with a focus on supporting growth of small businesses, and creating value propositions relevant to the customer and their business needs.
- Strategic Growth planning experience, requiring establishing impactful relationships throughout accounts and implementing multi year plans and projects.
- Experience successfully managing complex projects and onboardings across teams, clients and geographies.
- Native or Advanced Level language skills in English, additional language skills are a plus.
- Have demonstrated success working with multiple strategic accounts of all sizes in a client relationship management role with strong communication skills
- Love creating a strategic vision for your customers, and helping to engrain your product deeply with your customer for the long term
- Are action-oriented, with strong planning and analytical skills, as well as rigorous attention to detail
- Are self-motivated, team-oriented, and accountable, while focused on exceeding customer expectations
- Live in the product you support - it is important you understand deeply the way customers use our platform and you can educate/mentor/coach them to achieve what they need using our tools
- Have the ability to analyze a situation and respond quickly - be an effective escalation point for executive level contacts
- Consider yourself an individual who does well under pressure with time-sensitive projects, yet you work well within a team and appreciate team dynamics and shared learnings
