About the role..

We are seeking a talented motivated, and exceptionally organized Accountant to join our global finance team. The accountant will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's accounting and financial processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance while contributing to the growth of our organization.

What Will Your Job Look Like ?

• Manage end-to-end accounting processes for both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) sides, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Independently handle accounting responsibilities up to balance sheet level, including coordinating year-end audits with external auditors
• Manage customer contracts, billing and collections, ensuring a seamless and efficient process
• Prepare and submit reports to authorities, including VAT, Income Tax and Social Security filings
• Oversee all supplier-related tasks, including tracking purchase orders and handling expenses, wire transfers and checks
• Perform daily bank reconciliations, manage bank accounts, process deposits and handle foreign currency conversions
• Cash flow management
• Prepare and submit tax returns in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of inter-company transactions
• Prepare comprehensive monthly reports, including Profit and Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet statements

All You need is …

Knowledge and Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with certified accountant designation
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office & Microsoft Excel
• Expertise in various accounting domains, preferably within medium-sized software companies, covering areas such as customer and supplier relations and banking
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite and Priority (Zoom) - Mandatory
