Backend Chip lead

We are looking for a brilliant backend engineer with technical and managerial lead experience that can quickly join a most promising and exciting start-up company to take a part in and contribute in developing a complex and challenging chip for the data center at very advanced process node.

Required Experience:

• Technical lead experience in complex chip in most advanced technology node process
• Experience in Physical Design/digital layout design
• Experience in block level and full chip floorplan and implementation
• Knowledge in RTL2GDS full flow: Synthesis, floor planning, P&R, STA, physical signoff, IR drop
• Experience in clock and power distribution
• Familiarity with DFT – an advantage

Required Skills:

• Managerial experience
• Strong and in-depth technical skills
• Good communications skills
• Strong programming skills - TCL/Perl/Shell
• Knowledge in Layout verification (DRC/LVS)
• Familiarity with Place and Route tools

Required Education:

• BSEE or MSEE in Electrical engineering
