We are looking for an experienced Technical Trainer with a passion for creating delivering deep technical sessions, cutting edge technology, serving various audiences, and contributing to the field-facing knowledge base.

As a Technical Trainer, you will create and deliver practical sessions based on the Cato SASE solution, that will include hands-on experience on Cato management applications and integrated solutions. You will deliver the trainings both in-person and remote, sometimes to dozens of people at the same time. You will need to respond to students questions and technical difficulties while keeping the audience engaged.

As part of the Product Enablement Team, you will create and deliver content to our customers and partners, share suggestions, resolutions, and best practices. Working closely with different groups within Cato, you will collaborate to determine common questions, resolutions, and roadblocks that are relevant to your technical content.

Key KPIs include: Improve customer and partner usage of Cato’s offering, increase self-service capabilities and offload support, improve customer loyalty and upsell.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver high quality technical sessions both in-person and remotely
• Gather, write, and publish technical content
• Maintain and curate a library of knowledge articles
• Collect and contribute for documentation best practices
• Optimize knowledge transfer at Cato
  

• Positive personality and excited to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
• 3 years of experience in technical training roles (could also include technical sales)
• A good understanding of networking and security industry
• Extensive technical knowledge (especially in networking), writing, and editing skills
• Ability to convey technical information in easy-to-understand guides
• Native English speaker
