DescriptionWe are looking for a Business Analyst Team Lead to join our growing Marketing Operations and Analytics group. We aim for a stellar leader passionate about growing top talent, influencing strategy and decision-making through data, and building new engines.monday.com’s marketing department manages a yearly budget of over $150M in a B2B and B2C approach, leveraging both product and sales to generate revenue and scale while maintaining efficiency.As our marketing analytics team lead, you will play a pivotal role in the company.Your responsibilities will range from marketing measurement strategy & KPIs, data structure, actionable business insights, and identifying new opportunities. You will manage a team of talented analysts and collaborate with BI developers, data scientists, marketing operation teams, other data teams across the organization, and senior leadership.You must be comfortable with being both strategic and hands-on, operating in a hyper-growth environment, and have no fear of failing and getting back on your feet again.About The Role
- Create cutting-edge marketing measurement strategy and north star KPIs for marketing activities, from lead generation to high-scale user acquisition, customer marketing, ABM, etc.
- Take an active part in influencing monday.com’s strategy and collaborate to build new strategic initiatives with different departments in the organization.
- Leverage large amounts of data to drive key business decisions and business guidance, while creating the right processes and tools for data/insights consumption, monitoring, and reporting in the marketing department.
- Communicate business insights to senior management and be a trusted partner to ensure program success and data-driven decisions.
- Manage a team of 307 marketing data analysts, with responsibility for all employee life cycle events, personal and professional development, and the interfaces between the team and various marketing teams.
- Take part in leading the Marketing Operations and Analytics group.
- Take part in monday.com’s data guild leadership.
- Proficient level of SQL - MUST
- Experience working with BI/Analytics tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Periscope, Qlik, etc)
- Experience working with BI developers and data scientists
- Deep understanding of numbers, as well as a strong business sense. Know when to use a single number and when to build a complex model to gain insight
- Experience in creating data pipelines, KPIs, reporting, and data models and a holistic understanding of measurement and influencing decisions through data
- Ability to tell the story and present the results in a clear and interesting way
- Great communicator with a strong ability to build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
