Software Development Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Manager to lead a high-performing team of skilled software developers in delivering complex, cross-functional and cutting-edge project in the hard core of Mobileye’s automated driving software development infrastructure.

The project includes development of a Python-based system providing a comprehensive automated environment for developing, executing, and monitoring complex workflows on top of Mobileye’s real-time embedded software, supporting hundreds of developers across many SW components such as OS, real-time camera and sensor applications, compilers, FW, and front-end applications.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive innovation, foster collaboration, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products.

What will your job look like?

• Lead, inspire, and manage a team of 5-10 software developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment, providing technical expertise, direction, and mentorship.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth, encouraging team members to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, considering potential challenges and risks.
• Develop a comprehensive project plan, outlining timelines, resource allocation, and key milestones.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement solutions to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Lead the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, both in development and production environments.
  
  

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in managing software development teams, preferably on complex projects.
• Extensive experience in software development of multidisciplinary products, with a strong background in Python/C++ coding, design, and architecture.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strategic mindset.
