• Help our clients in the private and public sectors solve their most pressing problems.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.
• Assist in the formulation of strategic plans that align with the company's objectives and mission.
• Understand key business drivers, co-develop our approach with the client, form value measurements and provide value to the client through insights, factual conclusions, and recommendations.
• Assist in aspects of business origination, including pitches and presentations, as well as attend meetings with clients.
• Stay current with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to contribute innovative ideas and insights to the team.

• Excellent academic background. Master's degree is a plus.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting or comparable role in a large enterprise
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical ability to shape the business agenda and define strategic roadmaps.
• Strong people skills, including cross-functional collaboration and working with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a team player.
• Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Hebrew and English.
