We are seeking an experienced HR Director for Similarweb’s R&D organization, the driving force behind Similarweb’s technological edge and unique value proposition. The HR Director will work hand in hand with the CTO and R&D Managers, reporting to VP HR for R&D. This person should have outstanding people skills, be passionate about driving other people's success and demonstrate strategic ability to align strategies and programs to real business needs.

What your day to day as an HR Director will look like:

• Oversee People and Culture for the R&D division, working closely as a partner with C-level executives and participating as a member of their leadership teams
• Own the HR strategy and plan for the division
• Provide guidance and input on business’s unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning and lead change management processes.
• Support managers, ensure high quality management at all managerial levels and own managers capabilities and quality of managers
• Own workforce planning and HC management
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  
  

What will you bring to the team?:

• Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar relevant field
• Previous experience in HR 10+ years
• In-depth knowledge of Human Resource operations and legal regulations
• Hands-on experience in all aspects of HR management
• Impeccable communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and project management skills
