Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and experienced 3D Artist who not only excels in creating stunning visual content but also brings a background in management and a keen eye for interior design. This unique role requires a blend of artistic talent, leadership skills, and design expertise to help us deliver exceptional projects and lead a team of creative professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create high-quality 3D models, textures, lighting, and animations for a variety of projects, with a focus on interior design.

- Collaborate with designers, and engineers to develop and visualize interior spaces that meet project specifications and client expectations.

- Manage and lead a team of 3D artists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work.

- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and workflow management to ensure efficient project execution.

- Review and critique work from team members, providing constructive feedback to enhance the overall quality of deliverables.

- Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and best practices to continuously improve the team's capabilities.

- Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of 3D assets within larger projects.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a 3D Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in interior design projects.

- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

- Demonstrated experience in a managerial or leadership role within a creative team.

- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as 3ds Max, Substance 3D,  Blender, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.

- Strong understanding of interior design principles, including space planning, color theory, and material selection.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.

- Extra credit for candidates who are familiar with AWS cloud services.

- Extra credit for candidates who have experience building usdz models.
