Marketing & Communications Manager

•Lead planning and execution of events, webinars, conferences, and sponsorships
•Manage social media calendars, posting, and performance insights
•Own nurturing flows, email sequences, and audience segmentation in HubSpot
•Support partner/channel marketing with updated materials and communications
•Run PR activities: press releases, announcements, media coordination
•Manage internal communications: team updates, newsletters, executive messaging
•Support corporate announcements & executive thought leadership initiatives
•Own and manage the marketing calendar across campaigns, events, and launches
•Create marketing assets using Canva 
•Write and edit copy for emails, social content, events, and internal communications

•4–6 years of experience in MarCom, events, or channel marketing
•English: native or near-native level
•Excellent communicator with strong project management skills
•Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva, and AI tools
•Background in B2B AdTech 
•A natural people-person who connects well with others and builds strong relationships
•Energetic, proactive, creative, and eager to take ownership and grow
•Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects
