Startup Entrepreneur - Mobile Developer

Descriptionmonday.com is seeking a developer and entrepreneur with expertise in building web applications. We are looking for someone who has a strong desire for business ownership and the mindset and passion of a startup entrepreneur. You will be joining our CEO's office in Tel Aviv, Israel.About The Role

• Conceive and create a new product, and iterate to achieve product-market fit.
• Own the full production stack - backend, data, and frontend.
• Grow your product: Get to know your users, identify opportunities and problems, make decisions, and build engagement and growth engines to scale your business.
• Hire and lead an independent team that will eventually turn into a mini-company; product, R&D, marketing, data analysis etc.

• A strong entrepreneurial drive and a passion for solving challenges.
• 5+ years of experience as an entrepreneur in a start-up environment.
• Experience and passion for engineering.
• Work experience and a deep understanding of product development.
• Strong business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• B.Sc . in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience..
