Strategic Procurement Sourcer
We’re looking for a Strategic Procurement Sourcer to lead sourcing activities that directly impact cost, quality, and supplier performance. This role combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
Beyond supplier management, this role requires a true sourcing mindset—continuously exploring the market, identifying new opportunities, and bringing insights that go beyond the obvious.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
• Source electronic and mechanical components in close collaboration with R&D
• Conduct market and supplier analysis to identify cost-saving and new sourcing opportunities
• Lead supplier selection processes, including RFQs, evaluation, and decision-making
• Drive improvements in cost, quality, and delivery performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure optimal terms and agreements
• Manage long-term contracts to ensure stability and cost efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement across procurement and supply chain process
דרישות התפקיד
5+ years of experience in procurement (electronics manufacturing – an advantage)
• Proven experience in hands-on sourcing, including identifying and engaging new suppliers – a must
• Strong experience in supplier management and negotiations
• Analytical, proactive, and business-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
