DescriptionFiverr Pro's B2B Marketing Team is looking for a skilled and dynamic Retention Marketing Manager to join our team.As our B2B Retention Marketing Manager, you will promote the value of Fiverr Pro to our business clients. Your work will revolve around crafting strategies to not only retain these clients but also boost their satisfaction and engagement.Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of marketing and user experience initiatives, from ideation through execution to post-analysis. - Develop strategies to continually enhance the value that our business clients receive from Fiverr Pro.
- Manage end-to-end automated marketing campaigns while collaborating with the Product and Business success teams to execute your strategies.
- Own user journeys to increase revenue-from ideation,to execution and through analysis and optimization.
- Continuously experiment by executing A/B tests on email concepts, subject lines, content, CTAs, sending times, layouts, and more.
- Operate an admin system, analyze and provide reporting, perform testing, manage projects, and complete HTML coding.
- Create and manage lists, workflows, drip campaigns, landing pages, email templates, forms, pop-ups, calls-to-actions, webinars, and more.
- At least 2 years of experience creating and delivering marketing campaigns that increase revenue and improve customer retention - a must
- At least 2 years of B2B marketing experience - a must
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and customer segmentation - a must
- Highly customer-centric with a good understanding of the customer lifecycle, behavior, and journey
- Ability to create impact and optimization through quantitative and qualitative insights
- Understanding of email best practices for email marketing creatives, templates, metrics and associated KPIs, segmentation, dynamic content, and testing methodologies
- Experience managing projects across multiple stakeholders
- English – mother tongue level
- Experience with SQL - a big advantage
- Experience with HTML, responsive design, and email marketing best practices - a plus
- Self-motivated, creative thinker with a “can-do” attitude
