Main Responsibilities & Tasks

• Analyse business processes by using various methods (e.g. gap analysis, PDCA) in order to find opportunities for improvements as well as losses
• Lead projects for improvement across all levels of the organization
• Monitor progress by establishing measurable standards
• Provide mentorship by animating workshops and team trainings, openly sharing technical expertise
  
  

• Academic degree in Engineering, Technical, Supply Chain
• Deep technical expertise in process improvement techniques and experience applying these
• Deep skills in project management
• Leadership skills, inspiring teams to implement continuous improvement culture
• Analytical thinking
• Communication skills, ability to listen
• Fluent in English
