The Team Lead Sourcing / Purchasing will supervise daily purchasing job, coordinate with internal and external dept. to guarantee smooth processes, making goods could delivery on time.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks

• Management of Purchasing team
• Ensure adherence to globally defined business processes
• Supervise of daily order purchasing, monitor materials master data, inventory, safety stock and consignment.
• Provide training in the area of order purchase and KPI’s review & improvement
• Execution of company regulation / policy
• Global & local Supply issue update and communication
• Supply Lead Time monitoring and critical supply issues follow up
• Coordinate and communicate with headquarters, cross-functional departments
• Involve in new business integration and project.
• Build up finished goods products inventory (trading goods manufactured outside China) according to the agreement with Sales and Marketing
• Quarterly follow up with Sales & Marketing about inventory movements and needs for adjustments
• Liaise with Operations / SCM departments of the respective manufacturing sites to establish most meaningful replenishment processes applying economical and cycle time optimization criteria
• Quarterly follow up with Sales & Marketing about inventory movements and needs for adjustments
• Regularly review all subordinates’ performance. Make decision on corrective actions. Devote to continuous improvement.
• Listen to all team members’ report and suggestions. Take most profitable actions to build up improving working environment. Stimulate their initiative and utilize their creativity.
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned
  
  

• University degree, major in International Business and Trade
• At least 5 years’ working experience in purchasing/supply dept.
• Mentor/teach others working experience
• Fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin
• Very good communication across levels and functions
• Logical, self-motivated, energetic, results oriented, skillful for handle multi-tasks, quick learner and can work under high pressure
• Good MS Office skills, Word, Excel, PPT, SAP experience is must
• Team player and leader
