UX Researcher - Temporary Position

DescriptionFiverr is looking for a curious UX Researcher with a true passion for learning and understanding people's behaviors and needs, and a user-centric approach.As a UX Researcher, you’ll conduct independent research, analyze real user behavior, come up with conclusions and work with Product Designers, UX writers, and Product Managers to improve our product features and develop new ones.This is a Temporary position as a replacement for maternity leave.Our work model is hybrid, combining remote and on-site work. This allows us to get things done when and where we are most productive.WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Plan and execute user studies and usability tests, regarding new and existing Fiverr flows and features.
• Work closely with Product Managers, UX Writers, and Product Designers, on assuring great user experience across Fiverr’s platform.
• Gather, process and present data to different stakeholders, while conceiving conclusions and recommendations.

Requirements

• MA in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors, or any other related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX research.
• Strong understanding of different UX research methods and techniques, including when and how to apply them during the product life cycle.
• Curious and always eager to learn more.
• Great Team Player.
• Have the ability to work autonomously and within different groups.
• Experience with quantitative UX research methods- an advantage.
